Woodshop Training
In December, I officially decided to concentrate on product design. Over the past couple of months, I've been getting trained on all of the machines in the woodshop. During demonstrations, I sketch quick orthographic views of the machines along with important notes.
Along with demonstrating we knew how to use the table saw, our class was pitted against each other in the Cross-Cut Challenge (a competition created by our professors that asked us to cross-cut a piece of wood to 1 inch by eye; the closest won the trophy).
I was 0.001 in. off.
